Customer Experience Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Customer Experience Manager located in Lagos Island.
The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, customer retention, analyzing customer feedback, improving customer experience processes, and enhancing communication strategies to optimize customer service operations.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Analytical Skills and Communication skills
Experience in Customer Experience management
Ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Must have 7 – 10 years’ work experience in same role
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
