Customer Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Monitor customer feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Analyze service trends and provide insights for better customer engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or a related role
At least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
Certification in Customer Service Management or related fields is an added advantage
Data-driven mindset with experience in customer analytics
