Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, and company policies.
Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate where necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Utilize IT tools to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Adhere to company service standards and contribute to improving customer experience.
Requirement
Minimum of OND degree in any discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fluency in a local language is an added advantage.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for customer interaction and data management.
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while ensuring productivity.
Must own a functional laptop for effective job performance.
Required Competencies:
Ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in a local language is an added advantage.
Quick thinking and analytical skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
Ability to navigate digital communication tools, CRM software, and other IT systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
Ability to engage with customers professionally and build positive relationships.
Self-discipline, time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Accuracy in documenting customer interactions and following company protocols.
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
Capacity to work effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
