Customer Care Officer (CSO)

Job Summary:  

Our client, a leading Commercial Bank & Financial Institution, is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join the team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customers inquiries and issues, and promoting our banking products and services. 

Location: Nationwide (Nigeria)  

Experience: 0–3 years  

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer’s inquiries, resolving issues and promoting banking products and services. 
Resolve customer’s complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 
Escalate complex issues to senior staff as necessary. 
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about banking products and services, including features, benefits and pricing. 
Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to other banking products. 
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer data, including contact information and account details. 
Adhere to bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. 

 Requirements: 

A minimum of BSC/HND in any discipline is required. 
Must have 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related role; experience in a banking or financial environment is an added advantage 
Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
Strong attention to details.  
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
