Customer Care Officer

Job Description/Responsibilities

Welcomes and attends to customers and directs them to the registration desk when appropriate.
Maintains and manage customer files and database, Logs customers complaints, and acts to ensure prompt resolution.
Respond to customer inquiries over the phone.
Escalates major customer complaints that have not been resolved.
Maintains effective relationships with existing and potential customers in the most efficient and professional manner.
Records and saves all relevant hard and electronic copies of customers files.
Documents customer’s time in and time out and analyses them daily.
Follow up on customers reports by ensuring that every film is printed, matched with their request forms and taken to the work station for reporting.
All customers request form for the previous day must be completed, labelled and folded appropriately.
Ensures that customer’s that pick up their results fill the sign-out forms appropriately.
Collates pending results by the close of business each day and ensure that these reports are attended to at the start of business by the following day.
