Job Summary
The Culture Specialist is responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities
Implement culture-driven initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.
Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing company traditions and values.
Develop and execute engagement strategies, including surveys and feedback initiatives.
Organize team-building activities, company events, and recognition programs.
Drive DEI initiatives that promote inclusivity and fairness in the workplace.
Ensure HR policies and programs reflect cultural competency.
Develop wellness programs, including mental health and work-life balance initiatives.
Implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Analyze culture and engagement data to recommend improvements.
Benchmark strategies against industry best practices and implement innovative solutions.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Masters or HR certifications (CIPM) are an advantage.
Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in workplace culture, employee engagement, or HR.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for people and culture development.
