Country Manager with strong multilevel marketing experience managing independent distributors in the nutritional supplements market.

Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.
Lead sales development and recruitment efforts to increase Distributors base
Strong leadership  and management skills required
Strong communications skills
Oversee company operations
Oversee the country’s political, social, economic, and religious culture to suitably direct the general strategies of the company and to obtain sustained growth.
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the Country to include: staffing levels, budgets, inventories, and financial goals.
Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives
