Job Summary
Th Corporate Sales Executives will be responsible for acquiring high-net-worth clients, generating and qualifying sales leads, and closing deals within set timelines.
This role demands expertise in the HMO or Insurance sector, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new high-net-worth accounts for the organization.
Prospect daily for new business opportunities, leveraging industry networks and market insights.
Generate high-quality sales leads and conduct initial assessments to qualify potential clients.
Follow up diligently on qualified leads and convert them into actionable opportunities.
Communicate value propositions effectively to influence decision-making processes.
Utilize market intelligence to inform sales strategies and positioning.
Manage the sales cycle efficiently, ensuring timely closure of deals.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare regular sales reports detailing progress against targets and opportunities.
Ensure all activities align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in any Social Science discipline or a related field.
3 to 8 years of cognate experience in Corporate Sales, preferably within the HMO or Insurance sector.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and address client challenges with tailored solutions.
Proficient in delivering professional and persuasive presentations to clients.
Demonstrated ability to cross-sell products, increase revenue streams, and meet financial objectives.
Skilled in negotiating favorable terms while maintaining strong client relationships.
Solid understanding of the HMO or Insurance industry, including its dynamics and regulatory landscape
