As the Corporate Performance Management Lead, your responsibilities will ensure organizational strategy is effectively translated into actionable objectives. Monitoring and evaluating departmental performance against KPIs and scorecards.
You’ll contribute to:
Ensuring departmental and individual targets are aligned with organizational objectives.
Providing high-level guidance to the CEO and Corporate Management Team on performance management strategies.
Translating corporate strategies into actionable scorecard maps and measurable goals.
Training and coaching teams on scorecard methodologies to foster a unified understanding of performance expectations.
Managing scorecard systems and preparing detailed reports for the CEO and Board of Directors.
Collaborating with internal audit to ensure data integrity and reliability for all performance metrics.

Minimum Requirement
This opportunity is a Middle Level Management role. The complexity of this role will work across all Functions and Department of the Business to drive and ensure performance.
This role directly reports to the Head Corporate Strategy and Planning. Successfully applicants will typically possess the following criteria:
Education:
First degree in Accounting/Finance or any numerate discipline
Post graduate qualification in numerate discipline is an added advantage project management experience will be an added advantage
Work Experience:
6-7 years relevant work experience in similar role with advanced/ extensive knowledge and mastery of relevant theories, principles and complex techniques gained through broad experience or special development.
Ideally consulting/project management experience will be an added advantage
