Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
7+ years of experience in corporate law, in the oil and gas sector, EPCIC.
Specialization or certification in Corporate Law is required.
Strong understanding of labour law, environmental law, Contract Management, and Regulatory frameworks.
Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Certifications in compliance, arbitration, or related legal fields (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional – CCEP).
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with oil and gas industry regulations.
Willingness to travel or relocate to operational sites as needed on short notice.
