Corporate Driver

Job Description

The Corporate Driver will provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for company employees, executives, or clients, as well as assist with logistical needs such as parcel and document deliveries.
This role requires strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a courteous demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
Transportation Services:

Safely transport employees, executives, or clients to designated locations.
Plan and follow efficient routes for optimal travel time, adjusting for traffic, weather, and other conditions.
Assist passengers with entry, exit, and any luggage or packages.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct routine checks on the company vehicle(s), including fuel, oil, tire pressure, and other necessary inspections.
Schedule regular maintenance appointments and report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle.
Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable at all times.

Record-keeping:

Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel purchases, mileage, and other expenses as required.
Submit all necessary receipts, logs, and reports to management.

Customer Service:

Provide a courteous and professional experience for passengers.
Communicate any delays, schedule changes, or alternate routes promptly.
Assist with special requests or arrangements as necessary.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
Remain informed about safety procedures, emergency protocols, and any special considerations for transporting passengers or sensitive cargo.
Perform daily vehicle inspections to identify any safety risks.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification with 8-15 years experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
knowledge of GPS, navigation systems, and local routes.
Strong punctuality and time management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
The candidate must reside within Lagos Mainland, Ilupeju, Ikeja, Maryland, Ojota, Ketu and environs

Preferred Skills:

CPR, or first aid certification.
Experience with defensive driving techniques.
Familiarity with security protocols
Hours may vary, with some early mornings, late nights, or weekend shifts as required.
Occasional long-distance travel may be required.
