Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

Minimum Requirements: HND/B.sc, Any Discipline
Minimum Experience: 2 years’ experience in a contact center/front desk/customer service, and other similar roles

Work Experience:

Customer Relations, Sales, Marketing, Human Relations (any other Humanity disciplines) in Telecoms, ISP or Technical Services Company.
Familiarity with service order management systems and practices, e.g. ESFS, OTRS, Self-service portals.
Excellent computer literacy and telephone etique

Other Requirements:

Tech savvy.
Have a bias for action & result, not just effort.

Ability to optimize work processes.

Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of Microsoft office. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
