Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Cook who can prepare a variety of Lebanese dishes, including mezze, kebabs, shawarma, and other traditional Lebanese cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking Lebanese meals for our staff and guests
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Following recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality
Ordering and managing ingredients and supplies
Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Requirements
2+ years of experience in cooking Lebanese cuisine
Ability to prepare a variety of Lebanese dishes
Strong knowledge of Lebanese ingredients and cooking techniques
Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a industrial or manufacturing setting is an advantage
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
