Job Description

The cook will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals according to menu specifications.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of various culinary techniques.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work area.
Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

Excellent in cooking tasty bulk food ranging from Rice to Nigerian soups
Proven experience as a Cook with certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, frying, boiling, etc.).
Understanding of food safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
