Conversational Design Expert

The position requires individuals who enjoy challenges, prioritize, meet deadlines, and have a collaborative work ethic and teamwork spirit working with our team of Solution Architects, NLP Engineers, Speech Scientists, Front and Backend Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and refine chatbot conversational flows and dialogue to ensure engaging and informative interactions.
Create engaging and informative responses to a wide range of user queries and requests.
Design chatbot personalities and tone that align with our brand and target audience Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
Create and maintain a comprehensive chatbot knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with NLP experts to develop and improve natural language understanding capabilities.
Identify and address potential issues with chatbot responses and user interactions.
Contribute to the development of machine learning models for improving chatbot performance.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to build a seamless chatbot experience.
Test and evaluate chatbot performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI and chatbot technology.
Contribute to the development of chatbot personality and tone of voice.
Analyze chatbot data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications in chatbot development.
Proven experience in conversational design, scriptwriting, or related field.
Experience in designing and developing conversational interfaces.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python
Experience with chatbot development platforms and tools.
Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
Strong understanding of human communication, interpersonal skills and excellent writing and editing skills.
Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
