As a Continental Cook, you will prepare exquisite international dishes, showcasing your expertise in European, Asian, and American cuisine.
Your creativity and attention to detail will delight our guests and enhance our hotel’s culinary reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook international dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team
Ensure highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
Train and mentor junior staff
Participate in culinary events and promotions

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a Continental Cook or Chef de Partie
Culinary degree or diploma
Certification in food safety and hygiene
Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of international cuisine
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
Knowledge of various international cuisines (e.g., French, Italian, Asian)
Certification in culinary arts or related field
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices
Creativity and innovation in menu development
