Content Creator / Social Media Manager

Job Description

Develop creative and engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, infographics, blogs) for social media and digital platforms.
Write compelling captions, blog posts, and website content to attract and retain audiences.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and target audience.
Manage and maintain all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across various platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
Implement social media trends, hashtags, and challenges to boost engagement.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience reach.
Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to improve visibility.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotions.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.) to measure content performance.
Coordinate content calendars and campaign rollouts with other departments.
