Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant Physician (Cardiologist) to join our expert team. The successful candidate will provide advanced diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive cardiovascular care to our patients, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained at all times. This role requires a passionate, dedicated individual who is flexible and ready to take on both routine and emergency cardiovascular cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert cardiology consultation and management for patients with heart-related conditions.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of cardiovascular diseases, both acute and chronic.
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as ECGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests.
Offer preventive care and lifestyle advice to reduce the risk of heart disease in at-risk individuals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible care for patients.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records.
Participate in on-call duties as required, including responding to emergency situations and attending to urgent cardiology cases.
Stay updated with the latest developments in cardiology, medical technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Medical degree from an accredited university.
Residency and fellowship training in cardiology.
Board certification in cardiology.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Consultant Cardiologist.
Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate patients.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Proficient in using medical equipment and technology relevant to cardiology.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule, including on-call hours when required.
