We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee our bread sales, production, and quality control.
The ideal candidate must have a strong sales and distribution network, experience in food production management, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth: Utilize existing sales networks to expand Bread distribution across Lagos.
Production Oversight: Ensure smooth production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Quality Control: Monitor and enforce strict quality assurance measures.
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
Team Management: Lead and supervise the production and sales teams.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure cost-effective management of raw materials and logistics.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in bread sales, distribution, and production management.
Strong existing business and sales network in the FMCG or bakery sector.
Proven ability to grow sales volume and expand distribution.
Hands-on experience in quality control and production supervision.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
