Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team at Mediflex Industries Pvt. Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all industry regulations, legal standards, and internal policies.
As a key member of our compliance team, you will play an integral role in safeguarding the company’s operations and reputation through continuous oversight, training, and audits.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards in the medical devices manufacturingindustry.
Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to educate and train employees on compliance matters, including regulatory updates and changes.
Investigate and report any potential compliance issues or violations and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, including NAFDAC,FDA, ISO standards, and other related compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal teams to ensure seamless communication and documentation.
Prepare and submit compliance reports as required by regulatory authorities.
Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems to support ongoing compliance efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (a Master’s degree or certifications like Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or similar is a plus).
3 – 5 years of experience.
Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the medical device manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., NAFDAC, FDA, ISO, HIPAA, GMP).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance-related software.
