Responsibilities and Key DutiesImplementing programmes and policies to ensure that compliance to HIPAA, MDCN, PCN, HEFEMAA and other healthcare regulatory bodies are met.
Ensuring that our partners meet up with our agreed upon Service Levels.
Conducting on-site inspections of our partners’ premises to conduct quality checks and controls.
Investigating compliance violations and taking corrective actions as necessary
Ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements
Developing control systems to ensure quality and regulatory adherence between Mobihealth International and its partners
Keep abreast of both Nigerian and International Healthcare compliance standards and best practices especially but not limited to Telemedicine.
Carrying out risk assessments of healthcare compliances policies, in order to identify potential risks and areas of vulnerability.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in a compliance role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Degree in Business Administration or Health sciences preferred.
Quality Control/assurance certification preferred
Computer Literate
Excellent communication skill in written and spoken English
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
Excellent team player
Own car driver preferable
