General Key Responsibilities
Responsible for picking the CEO and dropping off at the exact location within the time frame given.
Provide transportation as at when needed
Responsible for the maintenance of all the vehicles being used
Map out the best route needed to be taken to avoid traffic congestions
Ensures the immediate repair of any damage done to the car.
Ensures that car documents are up to date.
Ensures that the cars are thoroughly clean both inside and outside.
Ensuring that all vehicles are serviced at the due day and time.
Assist with loading of items into the vehicle
Carry out all sorts of delivery
Comply with road signs
Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
Promptly informing the boss of any fuel or maintenance issues during work hours.
Ensuring that vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
Keeping the vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
Ensure the vehicle is fueled as at when due.
Submit car key after close of work to the chairman.
Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage.
