Community Manager (Pharmacist Preferred)

Job Summary 

myPharmacy, a leading business unit under Advantage Health Africa, is seeking a proactive and engaging Community Manager to drive brand recognition, engagement, and growth within her pharmacy network.
This role is ideal for a pharmacist with a strong passion for community building, social media, and client engagement, with the objective of enhancing member interactions and promoting myPharmacy’s services. The Community Manager will also support business operations and marketing efforts to ensure seamless coordination of community-focused events and programs.

 Key Responsibilities 

Community Engagement

Drive engagement of hub members by initiating daily posts, fostering relevant conversations, and facilitating active participation to enhance brand recognition and generate leads for myPharmacy/AHA services.
Conduct periodic check-ins and follow-up with members on a monthly basis to maintain meaningful connections and address member needs.
Increase community membership through targeted publicity within pharmacy communities and other growth strategies.
Assist in planning and organizing community events and webinars to promote brand engagement and education.

Social Media Management

Develop engaging and informative social media content for pharmacy services in collaboration with the marketing team.
Manage social media pages, responding promptly to inquiries and fostering a responsive, interactive environment.

Business Operations Support

Aid in the coordination and execution of the business accelerator program, ensuring timely and
Participate in physical exhibitions and events as needed to represent and promote myPharmacy.
Provide support in writing, documentation, and other business operations tasks as assigned.

 Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in community management, social media, or brand engagement.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fostering connections and engaging diverse communities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
