Community Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in Lagos.
The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging and interacting with the community, organizing events, managing social media platforms, facilitating communication between members, and fostering a sense of belonging and unity within the community.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in community engagement and event organization
Knowledge of social media management
Ability to build and maintain relationships with community members
Empathy and understanding of community dynamics
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field
