JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop effective corporate communication strategies for the company
Develop, support and promote the company’s communication goals (message development, social media content creation and media outreach)
Manage external and internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
Draft content (e.g. press releases) for mass media, our client’s web portals and the company website
Communicate with stakeholders and customers regularly
Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders
Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership
Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among stakeholders
Ensure that all written and digital content aligns with the company’s brand identity and message
Serve as a facilitator and provide solution for peaceful resolution of disputes
Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences
Perform “damage control” in cases of bad publicity

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent portfolio with proven track record of successful content creation
Knowledge of email marketing tactics
Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
Photo and video-editing skills
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Experience in web design and content production is an advantage
Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise judgement quickly and effectively
BSc/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate communications
