Creating an enjoyable atmosphere where people can feel safe and have fun.
Establishing a positive reputation for the club.
Organizing and promoting regular entertainment events to attract a loyal customer base.
Booking performance artists, such as DJs and bands.
Liaising and negotiating with artists’ agents and club managers.
Organizing and distributing publicity materials.
Ensuring events run smoothly on the night.
Organizing and providing VIP lists.
Liaising with security and bar staff.
Organizing special promotions and maintaining a budget.
