JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee daily club operations, including staff management and customer service.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost patronage.
Ensure smooth bar and VIP service operations.
Maintain high safety and security standards.
Build relationships with DJs, promoters, and vendors.
Monitor budgets, sales, and profitability
Bring in customers for Club hall
Maintain and supervise Vendors
Maintain general cleanliness of the club
Prepare accounts and sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly)
