Job Description• Implements general policies established by the Board of Directors; directs their administration and execution. • Develops, maintains and administers a sound organizational plan; initiates improvements as necessary. • Coordinates development of operating and capital budgets according to the budget calendar; monitors monthly and other financial statements for the school club; takes effective corrective action as required. • Consistently ensures that the club is operated in accordance with the organization’s policy.• Reviews and initiates programs for school clubs• Develops, maintains and disseminates a basic management philosophy to guide the club• Coordinates necessary arrangements for public functions including speaking to teachers, protocol and special courtesies extended to guests• Directs the writing and publishing of the club newsletter and plans for club activities.
Qualification and Experiences• Knowledge of program and project management• Experience in coordinating a school club, with demonstrated ability to work with primary and secondary students, plan and budget effectively, provide accurate reporting, and efficiently coordinate multiple projects. • Ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate staff, ensuring high performance and ethical standards and adherence to deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.• Strong computer skills and attention to detail, with experience in using the internet.• Experience in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word) is essential. • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline.• 2 – 5 years experience in related position
RemunerationSalary: NGN70,000
