Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills are essential, along with proficiency in data analysis, research methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
The candidate must have a solid understanding of quality assurance processes, SOPs, and ethical considerations in research, as well as proficiency in research management tools and statistical software. A willingness to travel for fieldwork and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive research environment are also required.
