Clinic Manager

Job Summary

The Clinic Manager at Redeemers Health Village (RHV) is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of all hospital clinics, ensuring excellence in hospitality, managing front desk services, supervising medical secretaries, and coordinating patient touchpoint personnel. This role is pivotal in enhancing patient experience, streamlining administrative processes, and maintaining high service delivery standards in line with RHV’s mission and values.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of all hospital clinics to ensure smooth service delivery.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinic efficiency.
Work closely with department heads to enhance patient flow and minimize wait times.
Ensure all clinics comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Hospitality & Patient Experience

Supervise and enhance front desk operations, ensuring exceptional patient service.
Oversee medical secretaries and other patient-facing personnel to improve overall patient experience.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, including feedback collection and response mechanisms.
Ensure the physical environment of patient areas is welcoming, clean, and organized.

Staff Management & Leadership

Supervise front desk staff, medical secretaries, and all personnel involved in patient interactions.
Conduct staff training and development programs to ensure high performance and professionalism.
Handle staffing schedules, leave management, and conflict resolution within the team.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Administrative & Financial Oversight

Monitor clinic-related administrative processes, ensuring seamless patient registration and record-keeping.
Collaborate with the finance team to track and optimize clinic-related expenses.
Ensure accurate billing processes and adherence to financial policies.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all patient-facing services adhere to RHV’s quality and ethical standards.
Implement measures to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) for service excellence.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital or clinic management, with a strong background in patient services and front office operations.
Experience in healthcare hospitality, patient experience, or customer service is a plus.
Prior leadership experience in a multi-clinic setting is preferred.
