Client Success Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Client Success Manager to join our team in the International Student Recruitment industry.
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, capable of guiding a team to meet and exceed targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruitment specialists to achieve performance goals.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure exceptional client and student success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and agents.
Monitor and analyse team performance using KPIs, and take appropriate actions to meet and exceed targets.
Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to provide strategic insights.
Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment and inspire the team to excel.

Requirements:

Proven experience in International Student Recruitment or the Study Abroad industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive results.
Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of visa and admission processes for international students.
Experience working with educational institutions or recruitment agencies.
