JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
To sell and attend to clients in the showroom
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as primary point of contact for the DO.II Designs Limited clients
Attend to clients on the shop-floor, taking their orders and enquiries, and advising clients of possibilities and options available
Attend to drapery clients by assisting in fabrics selection, color combination
Fill drapery works order for Tailoring to prepare measurement charts
Initiate necessary client paperwork for processing client orders
Ensure that quotes are prepared and delivered to clients on time
Provide adequate information to customers when enquiries are made
Advice clients on fabric selection and finishes for their orders via emails and phone calls
Inform operations/ production department on client issues and complaints, also follow-through issues for complete resolution
Ensure proper filing of clients documents
Follow-up on interested walk-in client with quotations
Ensure clients complaints are directed to the appropriate quarters, and the right feedback is delivered back to the clients
Ensure a seamless buying experience for the customer
Ensure all items on display are properly tagged
QUALIFICATION
B.Sc. in any related field.
Certification in Customer Service or related field is an added advantage
Must be very good with Microsoft office suite
EXPERIENCE
2-3 years experience in Client service/Customer service role.
