Job Summary
As our client service officer/front desk, you will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage appointments, respond to client inquiries, and support the overall efficiency of the front office.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally also respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Prepare and maintain reports related to client services, appointments, and operational tasks.
Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and represents the company’s standards.
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments efficiently.
Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department. and.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, public relations, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer service, and front desk, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Proficiency in appointment booking and report preparation.
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000
