Client Service Executive Chief Operating Officer

Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients.
Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage client budgets, timelines, and expectations.
Ensure project delivery meets client expectations and deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Communicate project progress and results to clients
Attend client meetings and take minutes.

Requirements

Degree in Communications and Marketing or related field.
3 – 4 years of relevant agency experience in a similar role.
Ability to conceptualize business strategy and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Fluent in English.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
