Client Service Associate Account Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Service Associate to provide exceptional customer service, foster strong client relationships, and enhance the company’s presence through social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with clients.
Address client concerns by identifying issues, determining solutions, and ensuring follow-ups to achieve resolution.
Conduct client visits or calls to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for new offers.

People Management:

Foster effective collaboration with internal teams, including design architects, production, warehouse, logistics and installatio
Partner with commercial and production teams to resolve client-related challenges efficiently.

Social Media Management:

Monitor and maintain the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook etc.
Post engaging content and track performance across multiple accounts simultaneously.
Identify and act on social media trends to enhance reach, engagement, and traffic.

General Operations Management:

Provide clients with regular updates on project progress and campaigns.
Oversee customer data management to maintain accuracy and privacy.
Proactively manage communications between internal teams and clients to address client needs.
Coordinate delivery logistics and resolve delivery-related issues.
Develop and implement feedback or complaints procedures for continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

Continuously enhance client service processes to meet evolving client requirements.
Identify and implement systems, process, or organizational improvements within the role’s scope.

Qualifications & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
At least three (3) years of proven experience as a Client Service Officer, preferably in a furniture manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a passion for fostering meaningful client interactions.
