Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Relationship ManagerĀ to oversee client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of WordPress and prior experience designing WooCommerce websites, enabling them to effectively guide clients through project requirements and updates.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in collaboration with the development team.
Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the design and development teams.
Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Troubleshoot basic WordPress and WooCommerce issues to provide first-level support to clients when needed.
Educate clients on how to use their websites, including WooCommerce functionalities, as required.
Foster long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and feedback using internal tools.
Requirements
Proven experience in client management or account management, preferably in the web design or digital marketing industry.
Strong knowledge of WordPress and prior experience designing or managing a WooCommerce website.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Proficiency in tools like project management software, email communication tools, and CRM platforms.
Preferred Skills
Experience with basic on-page SEO strategies.
Familiarity with design tools like Figma
Knowledge of web hosting and domain management.
