Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their inquiry, concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate solutions.
Record and track customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 2yrs experience in customer relations or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in office relevant software or tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Project Management software, CRM (will be an advantage but can learn on the job).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
