Description:
Initiate meetings, phone calls and social media engagements, to prospective and existing clients.
Manage relationship with clients and promptly provide feedback on the company’s products to clients.
Maintain and update clients’ database to facilitate marketing activities
Act as a liaison between the company and clients
Provide advice on branding of products, incentives, brochures, flyers and other marketing materials
Follow-up on payment of commissions, monthly payments by realtors/clients.
Any other specific or adhoc duty to be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Must have a minimum of 5 years CRM experience.
Must possess minimum of any of the following: HND/BSc, in any discipline.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to persuade.
Must be proactive, energetic and driven for results.
Must be fluent in English.
Must possess the right attitude.
