JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant/Cleaner to maintain a clean and organized working environment for our company.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, meeting rooms, and offices.
Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Office Assistance:
Assist in organizing and maintaining office spaces and storage areas.
Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Assist in receiving and distributing packages, mail, and deliveries.
Assist with Events and Meetings:
Set up and clean meeting rooms before and after events or meetings
Health and Safety:
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in cleaning or office assistance preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Willingness to use cleaning chemicals and equipment following safety guidelines.
