Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the EYFS framework and deliver the curriculum as relevant to the age group that you teach.
Be responsible for the preparation and development of lesson planning, teaching materials and pastoral care as appropriate.
Have a clear understanding of each child’s educational needs.
Use appropriate range of observation, monitoring and recording strategies as required in the EYFS Framework.
Give parents oral feedback and prepare detailed termly reports.
Implement the school curriculum consistent with the UK National Curriculum
Communicate confidently to a range of audiences (verbal, written, using ICT as appropriate).
Prepare teaching materials for individual and group lessons
Prepare weekly lesson plans
Set up classroom displays at least fortnightly
Oversee and develop appropriate infrastructure and technology
Ensure a productive learning environment.
Requirements
Qualified and experienced Teacher with TRCN.
Strong Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
