Church Office Administrator

Job Description

Ensure that the venue and equipment are all set-up and tested for Church meetings
Ensure that messages are recorded, edited and uploaded
Supervise the collation of first timers information and sharing with the relevant units
Liaise with Unit Heads in ensuring that the needs of the units are met
Liaise with Pastor in overseeing the execution of Church projects
Ensuring maintenance and repair of Church properties
Managing Church social media accounts, ensuring posts are engaging
Supervise/Perform Church Logistics functions (BBC, BotROCK, TCC Connect, etc)
Any other duty as required by Church leadership

Job Requirement The minimum requirement for this role is as follows:

Spirit-filled believer with a heart for service
Medium computer operation level skill especially in Word processing, Spreadsheet Management, Social media and Graphics design
Medium Administrative skills especially in planning and work scheduling
Good interpersonal and relationship skills
High sense for creativity
Quick learner
