Job Summary
The Church Administrator will provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight to ensure the effective management of church operations, finances, and resources.
The successful candidate will be a skilled administrator, a strong communicator, and a passionate supporter of our church’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily church operations, including office management, scheduling, and communications.
Oversee the maintenance and use of church facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Maintain church records, including membership, attendance, and compliance documentation.
Develop and manage the church’s annual budget in collaboration with leadership.
Oversee financial operations, including tithes, offerings, expenses, and payroll.
Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for various church activities and ministries.
Assist in planning and executing church events, services, and community outreach programs.
Coordinate logistics for worship services, including technology, seating, and supplies.
Act as a point of contact for vendors, contractors, and external partners.
Manage church communication channels, including email, newsletters, social media, and website updates.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5-7years in an administrative or management role, preferably in a non-profit or faith-based organization.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with church management systems.
