Description
We are urgently looking to hire a Chinese Translator to facilitate communication between Chinese expatriates, senior management, and factory workers.
Key Responsibilities
Translate conversations, documents, and instructions between Chinese and English.
Assist Chinese expatriates and senior management with communication during meetings, training sessions, and daily operations.
Convey technical and operational instructions to factory workers as directed by expatriates and management.
Provide real-time verbal translation for discussions, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Translate written materials, including reports, manuals, and company policies, for management and workers.
Ensure smooth communication to prevent misunderstandings and improve efficiency.
Any other task assigned by senior management
Requirements
Minimum Level 4 proficiency in Chinese (HSK 4 or equivalent).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Ability to work on-site and provide real-time translations for different teams.
Additional Preference for Onsite Living:
We strongly encourage application candidates who are willing and able to live onsite in the factory accommodation in Awka.
