We’re seeking an experienced CTO to develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement technology strategy and plans
Lead IT operations, including network and system administration
Ensure IT security and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs
Develop and manage IT budgets and resource allocation plans
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends
Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, and retention
Establish standards of performance and monitor conformance
Ensure technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong technical skills in network and system administration
Proficiency in IT security and compliance
Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology
At least 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles
Nice to Have:
Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT
Certification in IT service management (ITIL) or project management (PMP)
