Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive the company’s long-term strategic vision.

Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage).
A minimum of 8 years cognate experience, with at least 4 years of job-related experience leading teams in an Agile environment, including software development, and multi-team projects.
Strong background in corporate strategy, business development, or consulting.
Ability to analyze complex market data and drive strategic decision-making.
Proven experience in leading growth and innovation initiatives.
Expereince in the IT industry.
