Responsibilities
Developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes and policies, identifying and reducing risks, and limiting liability
Conducting research and executing security management solutions to help keep the organization safe
Implementing and overseeing strategies to assess and mitigate risk, safeguarding the corporation and its assets
Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks.
Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, related safety and security topics.
Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities
Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least First Degree or equivalent.
Must be ex-service personnel.
No more than 50 years old.
Must be a self-starter willing to live in the rural areas of our farm locations
Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
