Job Summary
The company seeks to recruit experienced COO to report directly to the Board of Directors and will be saddled with the responsibility of growing business operations in the South-South region of Nigeria
Main Deliverables
To provide strategic leadership aimed at achieving profitability and growth;
Ensure the integration of key revenue operations of the business – Land Management Services, Town Planning,
MIS and Marketing and smooth running of each department;
To monitor & ensure target achievement in areas assigned
Establish procedures and programs to promote company culture and vision.
Supervise operations of the company and the work of executives
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Estimate performance through analysis and interpretation of data and metric.
Assist CEO in major collaborations for revenue drives and ventures
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
ENGAGE and Manage relationships with vendors.
Educational Qualification
First degree in Business Related discipline
MSc/MA Professional Qualification (preferable)
Proven experience at the Chief Operations level
Understanding of business functions
Demonstrable knowledge in strategic planning and business development
knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Excellent public relational skills
Strong aptitude in problem-solving
Work Experience:
Minimum of 10years post qualification experience in real estate/ revenue consultancy or similar industry;
Excellent understanding of public sector & proven knowledge & experience in Property Law
