Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Chief Operations Manager role located in Ikeja.
The Chief Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, implementing operational strategies, managing staff, and ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place to optimize productivity and quality.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in operational planning and execution
Knowledge of ICT industry trends and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in project management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Certifications in operations management are a plus
