Responsibilities
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Lead change and transformation agenda across all functions
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Manage relations with partners/vendors
Ensure Capex plans are carried out within set timelines and budget
Manage through proccesses
Establish polices that promote company culture and vision
Ensure automation remains a key business driver
Minimum EducationMBA or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 15 years with a large company preferably in the FMCG industry
5 years + in a senior management position, Director level, ideally in manufacturing or Supply Chain Management
Able to demonstarte a good track record
Strong manaufacturing/Supply Chain background
Experience in International emerging markets preferred, ideally Africa

The position directly supervises the National Manufacturing Manager, National Distribution Manager, National Warehouse Manager and Supply Chain Manager This is a senior level expatraite role, with married status available, furnished accommodation, car + driver, return flights, medical.
