Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and visionary Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO, Demi, to streamline operations, enhance team performance, and aggressively drive growth and profitability. This critical role will require exceptional leadership, strategic planning capabilities, and a passion for nurturing and creating high-performing teams within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and execute strategic initiatives aimed at significant revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand prominence.
Performance Management: Develop and implement robust performance management systems to maximise staff productivity, encourage talent development, and foster a high-performance, results-driven culture.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimise internal operations, ensuring smooth cross-departmental communication, effective resource allocation, and streamlined execution of key initiatives.
Growth Acceleration: Drive sales initiatives and strategic partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and position Majeurs Holdings as the go-to leader in tech-powered manufacturing solutions globally.
Executive Support: Act as an advisor and sounding board for the CEO, providing informed perspectives, identifying potential challenges and opportunities, and ensuring effective decision-making processes.
Team Empowerment: Champion an inclusive, innovative, and results-oriented workplace environment. Foster mentorship programs, professional growth pathways, and a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Finance, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in leadership roles, ideally in fast-growing enterprises or tech-driven industries.
Proven record of driving growth, developing strategic initiatives, and delivering measurable increases in productivity and revenue.
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Passionate about sustainability, technological innovation, and impactful entrepreneurship.
